Maybe some aerobic instructors get fat because they have to walk by the 'healthy' snack bar in the reception between every session?</description>

		<description>well maybe you are getting the cause and effect the wrong way round. Naturally very slim people are more likely to get into long distance running sports than overweight people. The run because they are skinny, they are not skinny because they run. 

The analogy holds because long distance runners, although being very skinny are not always particularly lean. Fat people train for and complete marathons all the time, albeit not at a competitive level.</description>
