I completely forgot to give you my take on use of vitamin supplements. I do not recommend multivitamins, because your body does not have a lack of every vitamin. And your body don't just dispose of the vitamins it doesn't need. Instead of picking one pill to cover all your needs (one size fits nobody), try to figure out what you might need. For example: If you don't get a lot of sun, eat vitamin D rich food or supplement with pills. Also check with your doctor if you might need more folate (as many do). Else, make sure that you get enough fish, fruit and vegetables and you won't need any vitamin supplements.
