Get Some Good Sleep

If you want to make the most out of your relationship with a woman, you have to sleep. If you try to live a double life, by spending wake ours with your family and cutting sleep to do the things YOU want to do, you’re burning your candle in both ends. A man needs his sleep. But there are ways to be more efficient at sleeping, so you have more time awake and more energy in those hours.
I recently read Ririan’s advice for “Nine ways to sleep so it counts“. These are very good advice, but I feel that he left out a few crucial points. Here are my tips to sleeping:
1. Get up at the same time every morning, even weekends and days off.
This will adjust your inner clock, so you easier get up when you have to.
2. Go to bed when you’re tired
Turn off the TV, the computer and the Playstation. The only thing that’s really worth staying up late, is being with people you don’t get to spend time with that often.
If you follow the first advice over a few weeks, you will notice how your body adapts and start to tell you how much sleep you need. If you’re dead tired eight hours before your standard get-up-time, you really need those eight hours of sleep and you should allow yourself to get what you need. If you follow both advice for a few weeks, you’ll notice how much more awake you are. And that will give you more energy for spending time with your family AND doing your own stuff.

1. Let go of your concerns and worries.
2. Do some deep-breathing exercises.
3. Cut the light at night.
4. Hide your clock.
5. Follow the 20-minute rule.
6. Do some visualization.
7. Get up and eat some turkey.
8. Redo your bedroom.
9. Wake up with the sun.
