		<description>Thank you for your support. I've thought about having more meals at shorter intervals, and has decided to think more about it later. Right now I have more than enough work trying to stick to my low carb/high veg regime and having two workouts per week. This is not a diet, I'm making changes for life. So I have to make every change stick before I try something new.</description>
