Get Her to Work Out With You - Three Tips
Telling a woman she needs to work out is not an easy task. And not something to be taken lightly. But if it needs to be done, you’re the one who has to do it. Step up and be a man. Take her to the gym. Here are three tips on how to make it work:
1. Don’t critizise.
If you don’t want her to curl up on the couch and ignore you - be gentle. Focus on the health and general wellness benefits of exercises.
2. Have realistic expectations.
She might not be as dedicated as you, or show the same results. Remember that some activity is way better than none
3. Make it fun.
Repetitive and boring exercises are a quick route back to the couch. Surprise her (and yourself) by trying new activities or sports.
