Strengthen Your Core
Every physical task you perform rely on your core; your abs, hips and lower back. With a strong core, the rest of the body works better. So obviously these are the areas that you exercise the most, right? No. With the exception of abs workouts like sit-ups, very few of us do core exercises, even though they’re both simple and quick.
Well it’s a good thing we have Men’s Health to tell us these things, and to solve them for us. Here are three things you didn’t know about your core and three exercises to strengthen your core. Got you interested? Read “Stronger Where It Matters Most” for a full explanation.
