Pakistan drops death penalty for sex outside of marriage
Pakistan’s new rape law makes it easier to prosecute sex offenders and eases up on infidelity. People found to have sex outside of marriage will no longer be killed. Instead they may a five year prison sentence or a 165 dollar fine.
Activists has fought for decades to change the previous current Hudood Ordinance, where rape victims had to take their case to the Islamic court and had to present four witnesses. This practice made it almost impossible to convict rapists, according to the Journal Gazette/Times-Courier Online.

I guess sex is permittet for anyone living in Pakistan, as long as it’s within a marriage. I don’t know if cheating is less illegal for Muslims and foreigners.
